adb reboot bootloader

fastboot flash recovery 1.17.40.16_ww_recovery.img

Then the phone selected recovery, a good start after performing apply update from ADB

adb sideload UL-ASUS_T00F-WW-1.17.40.16-user.zip

Upon completion, as the situation can wipe data, will be 1.17.40.16 WW version after reboot Hello.
