Install Gapps on CN/CUCC Firmware

Instructions:
  1. Root Your Zenfone (Root)
  2. Install Root Explorer
  3. Unzip Gapps-20130813-signed.zip and Copy System Folder to Internal Memory
  4. With root explorer paste SYSTEM folder over original SYSTEM folder.
  5. Reboot

    I try the procedure but my z5 says "copy fail", what can i do to complete the process?
