How to enable Messages Pop up notification

Before using pop up notification, it's hard to see if message coming and we must unlock the phone and the screen is blank. with this settings we can read message without unlock the phone.

1. Go to Messaging icon
   
   
   
   
2. Tap settings icon (at the top right corner) then tap Settings
   
   



3. Scroll down and tap Pop up Notification and Display the Content
